CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
1. How to cancel my order?
Your order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped. If you need to cancel your order, you can reach out to us on WhatsApp or via email at kayewomen@gmail.com with your order ID within 3 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped (whichever is earlier). Once the order has been shipped, unfortunately, it is not possible for us to cancel it.
2. When will I receive my refund in case of order cancellation?
The refund is credited to the source account once your order is cancelled. Normally, you will receive the refund within 7-14 business days. RETURNS & REFUNDS
1. Can I get a refund on my order?
Yes.Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return.
2. Is there any deduction on refunds?
Yes. A small ₹150–₹200 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover shipping costs.
3. Can I exchange my product?
Yes. Your first exchange is completely free of cost.
You can exchange it for:
- A different size of the same product, or
- A different product altogether.
4. What if there’s a price difference?
If the new product costs more, you pay the difference.
If it costs less, the balance is issued as store credit or a coupon code.
5. Can I return / exchange my order in the case of defect?
Returns will only be accepted for products that are physically damaged, have physical defects, or if the incorrect product has been shipped. We request you to reach out to us on WhatsApp or via email at kayewomen@gmail.com with an unboxing video, and photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect/ missing product, within 24 hours of receiving the order.
For ALL return orders, refunds will be issued in your source account once QC on the product has been approved. This will be shared on your registered email address.
Please note that the damage/ defect needs to be evident in the photos for acceptance of your complaint. If you fail to share the right photos within 24 hours of receiving the order, unfortunately, we cannot entertain any such complaints thereafter, as the window to raise these claims with the shipping partner is closed after this time period. Any returns should be made in proper condition in the box that your order came in along with the safety packaging. If you do not return the product in proper packaging and condition, your return will be disqualified and we will reship the same package back to you.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been worn, cleaned or tampered with by you in any form. Once approved as an eligible return, a replacement will be issued to the customer. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.
For Partial COD Orders, the COD amount is non-refundable.
6. When will I receive my refund in case of return?
Once your return request is approved, our delivery agent will pick up the product from you. Once it reaches our warehouse, we will do a quality check and issue a complete refund to you. Normally, you will receive the refund within 7-14 business days in your source account. 7.Sale Policy – Exchange & Return Terms
• Products purchased during a sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Size exchange for sale items is available at an additional charge of ₹200–₹300. The exact amount will depend on your pincode. This fee covers the cost of pickup and shipment of the replacement product.
• Size exchanges are subject to inventory availability. Customers will be informed about availability before any additional charges are applied.
